A profound 6 week journey with personalized guidance and support. Together we’ll dive deep into releasing emotional trauma, processing limiting beliefs, and awakening your innate healing power. During weekly 60 minute meetings, we will discuss your personal history, relationships, and behavior patterns in order to identify areas of your life that are keeping you stuck, and active steps you can take to remove these blockages. You will complete journaling activities between meetings to help you to more fully understand and process through emotions that may arise from these new insights, and bring closure to repeating patterns so you can effectively move on past these. In addition, you will do guided meditation work, breathwork, sound and frequency sessions, and Reiki energetic work to be channeled through me in order to help facilitate a higher state of awareness and connection to the infinite you hold within you.
Upon completion of this 6 week journey, you will have identified and cleared stuck or blocked energy, achieved a healthier and more balanced sense of physical well being, reconnected with your true self , and discovering your life’s
purpose. Lastly, you will know how to use the creative power you have within you in order to manifest your most healthy, happy, and fulfilling life moving forward.
